THE ROLE - WHAT WE NEED

Yabie is on an incredible journey and is developing rapidly in all aspects. On this journey we need to strengthen our logistics. You will be a part of Yabie’s Operations team and specifically the activation & onboarding team, where we need a logistic agent that is structured and has a great doer mentality.

The Yabie Activation & Onboarding team are responsible for setting up and help our new customers to start using Yabie.

The role is part time (50% initially, and preferably full time during holidays. Yabie we love serving our customers and have a belief that customer interactions serve a larger purpose than simply fixing problems.

This is a role where you will be the oil to the engine! As Logistics Agent at Yabie, you will work in an environment that is constantly developing and it’s therefore important that you enjoy setting structure and enhancing existing processes.

You will package and send shipments to our customers and partners in Sweden.Every package is important and should be handled in a fast and good way. You will also onboard payment terminals and configure other hardware for the customers.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - WHO YOU ARE

• Experience from similar logistics or Point-Of-Sales work is a big plus
  
• Experience from case handling and/or CRM-systems, preferable Salesforce, and also Microsoft Office/similar programs is a big plus
  
• Tech-savvy is a big plus
  
• Service minded and always strive to give the customer the best possible experience.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking english. Swedish is required. Other languages is a plus
  
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and work in a high pace environment
  
• Ambitious with a willingness to make continuous improvements
