Head of Marketing

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our small but agile marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will drive both strategy and execution to accelerate growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.The Head Of Marketing delivers the commercial and top-line strategy for the company, optimizing and balancing go-to-market strategies, product launches and marketing initiatives with replicable and scalable marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Set a clear marketing strategy and plan that correlates to Yabies overall objectives
Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Own demand generation and lead generation efforts, optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, content, social, etc.).
Strengthen the brand position and messaging to effectively engage SME customers.
Manage and optimize the marketing funnel, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales.
Oversee content marketing strategy, developing high-quality thought leadership and product-focused content.
Implement marketing automation tools and CRM strategies to improve efficiency and reporting.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for ROI.
Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize impact.
Implement a digital marketing and conversion strategy and ways of working
Key Objectives
Deliver on company targets for brand awareness and market share.
Meet and exceed lead generation and conversion goals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment targeting SMEs.
Proven track record in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand-building.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Product marketing experience is a strong plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
Experience leading and mentoring small teams while being hands-on.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
