Business Development Manager – Enterprise Partnerships

As a Business Development Manager at Yabie you’ll be at the heart of our partner-first growth journey. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Partnerships you’ll act as a highly skilled commercial partner contributing to both strategy and execution as we build this new area from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Your focus will be to create long-term, high-impact partnerships that combine Yabie’s software with your partners’ distribution power, delivering scalable growth, joint commercial success, and real merchant value.
You’ll:
Identify and engage strategic distribution partners across Europe.
Develop commercial models and negotiate agreements that drive mutual growth.
Coordinate joint go-to-market strategies and activities with partners.
Support Yabie’s growth and rollout in 8–10 European markets, ensuring readiness and execution.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Operations to make each partnership a success.

You excel at building trust, making connections and closing deals. You love taking ideas from first conversation to signed partnership and you do it with commercial sharpness and integrity.
You have:
You have real entrepreneurial energy, proactive, curious and unstoppable once you see an opportunity
You think in terms of business: value, scalability, margins and growth
You’re comfortable operating in early-stage environments where speed beats perfection
Experience in fintech, partnerships, or digital products is a strong advantage
5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
A proven track record of working with strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
A solid understanding of the payments and merchant ecosystem.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluency in English (Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus).
A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (or similar), with a strong foundation in business, finance
and strategy is considered a strong asset.
