We’re a growing fintech company in Stockholm on a mission to simplify how small and medium-sized businesses run and grow. Now we’re looking for an ambitious Partner Manager to design, grow and scale our referral ecosystem.
This is not a maintenance role. This is about building a predictable, scalable partner-driven growth engine.
You will take full ownership of our partner referral strategy: identifying the right partners, structuring compelling commercial models, activating relationships and ensuring that our sales team receives a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities. All while keeping acquisition costs efficient and sustainable.
What you’ll be responsible for
Build & Expand the Partner Network
You will identify, approach, negotiate and close new referral partnerships. From accountants and agencies to software platforms and industry organisations, you’ll know where to look and how to structure a win-win collaboration.
You’ll create onboarding experiences that match partner size and potential from lean, scalable setups to more strategic, hands-on implementations.
Turn Signed Partners into Active Revenue Drivers
A signed agreement means nothing without activation. You’ll ensure partners understand our value proposition, know how to position us and are motivated to refer.
For high-potential partners, you’ll run ongoing business reviews and structured follow-ups. For the broader partner base, you’ll build scalable engagement models using automation, content and enablement tools.
Design a Scalable Partner Programme
You’ll shape how our partner model works in practice:
Define segmentation and prioritization frameworks
Develop commission and incentive structures
Refine partner packaging and pricing logic
Standardize outreach and expansion playbooks
The goal: make the program simple, motivating and scalable.
Drive International Expansion
As we enter new markets the referral model will be a key part of our expansion strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to replicate and localize the approach, ensuring we can launch efficiently with a low-touch, inbound-driven setup.
Optimize for Performance
You’re comfortable working with numbers. You’ll track partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, revenue contribution and CAC.
Insights from partners and prospects will help shape not only the programme but also our broader go-to-market and product development priorities.
Who you are
3-6 years of experience in partner sales, partnerships, business development or B2B growth — ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments or SMB-focused tech.
Commercially sharp and confident negotiating agreements.
A Can-Do mentality and outbound sales and business development mindset
Structured and analytical, you understand funnels, performance metrics and unit economics.
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Energized by ownership and accountability.
Fluent in Swedish, other nordic language is meriting .
