THE ROLE - WHAT WE NEED
You’ll support Yabie’s day-to-day operations across logistics, merchant activation, and customer support. Your tasks will shift daily depending on where you’re needed most. The role calls for picking up new responsibilities quickly and staying flexible as priorities change. This position requires on-site presence for four half-days per week.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - WHO YOU ARE

• A quick learner who thrives in a quick changing environment.

• Comfortable communicating with customers on the phone and by video (Zoom/Teams/Meet)

• Prior experience working in hospitality or retail and using a POS system is a big plus

• Technically proficient, familiar with using iOS and Android applications

• Prior experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus

Language Proficiencies

• Swedish - required

• English - required

• Norwegian, Finnish - Meritorious
