Partner Implementation Manager
At Yabie we are building the next generation of POS systems to help merchants grow. We simplify payments so our customers can focus on what matters most – running their business!
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be told twice (often not even once). Someone who reads a situation, maps the path forward, and executes without hand-holding, without missing a beat. If you thrive on structure, own your work with pride, and communicate with clarity and confidence in English, we want to hear from you.
You will sit at the centre of Yabie’s strategic partnerships, keeping complex, multi-team programmes on track and accountable. Our partnerships are central to how we grow, and making them work operationally is what this role is all about.
The Role
You will be the project delivery lead for our strategic external partnerships, coordinating across Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, GRC, Commercial, and Operations. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will report directly into the Head of GRC, taking responsibility for day-to-day programme execution.
What You’ll Do
Own the day-to-day execution of partnership implementation programmes from planning and kick-off through delivery.
Build and maintain structured project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependency maps.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and chase down actions relentlessly but professionally.
Organise and run governance forums: working groups, steering committees, executive updates.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, decision logs, and action trackers.
Maintain programme dashboards, RAG status reports, and RAID logs.
Track risks, issues, and inter-team dependencies, and escalate early when needed.
Keep documentation organised, audit-ready, and accessible.
Contribute to building repeatable playbooks and delivery templates for future partnerships.
What We Need From You
We have a short list of hard requirements. If you can’t honestly say yes to all of these, this role isn’t for you, and that’s fine.
Self-driven. You don’t need a manager to tell you what’s slipping. You see it, you act on it.
Ultra-organised. You have a system. Your inboxes, trackers, and logs are clean. Things don’t get lost with you.
Excellent written and spoken English. You write with precision and brevity. You communicate clearly in meetings, emails, and documents. English is your working language and you wield it well.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
We’re looking for a junior star - raw talent and drive matter more than a perfect CV. That said, we’ll take note if you have:
Familiarity with tech companies, product and engineering workflows.
Some exposure to project or programme management.
Experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated industry.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a shadow role. You won’t be taking notes in the corner. You will be the person who makes programmes happen. That means real accountability, real visibility, and real consequences if things slip. We expect you to own your work entirely - and we will support you in doing so.
How to Apply
Send us your CV and a short cover note (no more than 200 words) explaining why this role fits who you are. We’ll know from the note whether you’re a fit. Applications without a cover note will not be considered.
