Growth Marketing Manager
Build the engine that connects Yabie's marketing to measurable pipeline. You'll lead the automation, analytics and marketing growth strategy.
Yabie is growing on two fronts: directly with SMB merchants in Sweden, and through partners across the globe. We have messaging, content, and campaigns. What we're building now is the engine connecting all of it — the automation, analytics, and attribution layer that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline.
We've already validated that automated nurturing moves the needle. This role exists to scale that into a full system, build the analytics infrastructure to prove marketing's commercial impact, and own the organic growth strategy that makes Yabie findable — in search engines and in AI-generated answers.
The Core of the Job
Own the marketing tech stack. HubSpot, WordPress, GA4, and our SEO tooling are yours — configured, integrated, and producing clean data. You build the dashboards that capture the full funnel from both a campaign and business perspective. When the question is which subject line converts better, you set up the test.
Scale what's proven. We've validated that automated lead nurturing improves pipeline. That proof of concept needs to become a machine: multiple sequences, lead scoring, vertical segmentation, multi-touch journeys. You build the system, the team fills it with content.
Set the campaign strategy. You're not running ads day-to-day — you're the person who decides where to push and where to pull based on actual performance data. You brief the team and the agency, analyse what comes back, and redirect budget accordingly.
Build the attribution layer. GA4 conversion tracking, UTM governance, funnel dashboards, closed-loop Salesforce reporting. The goal: every marketing euro traceable to a result.
What You'll Spend Your Time On
Marketing Automation

Scale nurturing into 4–8 automated sequences across verticals and lifecycle stages
HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration — clean lead handoff and closed-loop reporting
A/B testing on sequences: subject lines, timing, CTAs
Campaign Strategy & Performance
Quarterly campaign strategy aligned with overall marketing direction
Structured briefs for the team and agency — audiences, messaging, KPIs
Weekly performance review across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, organic
Budget optimisation and reallocation based on CAC and pipeline data
Analytics & Attribution
GA4 and GTM setup: conversion events, attribution model, custom reports
Funnel dashboards: traffic → MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue, per channel
Monthly performance report for leadership
CAC per channel. Pipeline contribution per campaign.
SEO & AEO
Keyword strategy for priority terms across our core verticals and use cases
Technical SEO audit and fixes — crawlability, speed, schema, internal linking
AEO strategy — how Yabie appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews
Competitive keyword and positioning monitoring across key market players
AI Workflows
Prompt libraries for recurring tasks: email sequences, ad variants, briefs, reporting
Semi-automated pipelines: research → brief → draft → edit → publish
Train team members on AI-assisted production workflows
What We're Looking For
Must-haves: 3–5 years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, preferably SaaS or fintech. HubSpot expert — not "I've used it" but "I've built automation that drove measurable results." Google Analytics 4 proficient. Salesforce working knowledge. Data-driven: fluent in funnel math, A/B testing, and statistical thinking. Campaign strategy experience — has set direction for paid channels, not just executed. Fluent in Swedish and English.
Strong signals: Comfortable in environments where the playbook doesn't fully exist yet and ownership is broad. Has worked in contexts where marketing was expected to prove its commercial impact, not just report on activity. Thinks about how to scale output without scaling headcount. Background in fintech, payments, or SMB tech.
What the right person looks like: You look at a marketing team and immediately see the gaps in the plumbing. You'd rather build a dashboard that changes how the team makes decisions than write a clever headline. You care about what converts, not what looks nice. You've built something from scratch before — and you're energised by doing it again somewhere the impact is immediate and visible.
